Why this blog?

160Working with companies, I have heard the same issues repeated so many times. I finally decided to take ownership and be intentional about educating employers and employees about real world issues that affect us all. My mission is betterment in the workplace through education and development.   I want to help everyone win at work and succeed at life.

As a member of the millennial generation but also as a consultant to many business leaders who are entirely confused and frustrated with the millennials, I address the issues that vetted management teams are facing daily.   I have seen firsthand when the “generations” collaborate that the results are remarkable!   Enabling that collaboration is a huge focus in my day-to-day responsibilities.

To that end, I write on personal development, leadership, productivity, retirement readiness and communication. I address trending issues in the workplace and take on the generation gap directly in my posts.   My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your own professional and even personal life.   I am available to speak to your small or large groups on these topics. Contact me for scheduling and information on my speaking engagements.

I also have a weekly motivational Facebook post, “Motivated Monday”. We cover similar topics as those on the blog but I try to be very deliberate in motivating people to do more and be more.

I typically post twice a week, occasionally more. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via e-mail.   It’s quick, easy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
